All lighting products from KABO Lighting are made to order. A 50% deposit of the purchase price is required before production commences. The production cycle is 5 to 8 weeks; for products with non-standard surface finishes, production time is 6 to 10 weeks. The production cycle begins on the date the factory confirms and approves the design drawings.

All prices are EXW at the factory address. Quotations do not include shipping costs, bulbs, etc. by default. If you have special requirements for the product or packaging, please specify in advance to enable us to provide an accurate quotation.

All lighting fixtures can be manufactured to operate at either 110V or 240V according to customer requirements, and are compatible with electrical box installation methods in various countries. They also feature corresponding lamp sockets, such as E12-E26 for the United States and E14-E27 for Europe. All lamp sockets and wiring meet UL, CE, SAA, and other relevant certifications.

We accept customization requests. All customized products or modifications to existing designs will only enter the production cycle once the final drawings are approved. If a prototype is required, we will charge a prototyping fee, typically three times the bulk order price. Once a customized product enters the production process, the order cannot be canceled.

All lighting products are produced according to orders. If there are no quality issues, returns are not allowed. Only when quality problems exist, can we first negotiate to send replacement parts. If replacement is not possible, the full payment for the lighting fixtures will be refunded.

We ship to over 120 countries and regions. Typically, we utilize air and sea freight services, such as COSCO and Matson for sea shipping, and DHL and UPS for air freight. Shipping costs are borne by the customer, and we provide import and export customs clearance services.
